Rocktop is an early mover in seizing secondary market opportunities. Rocktop’s early stage focus was 2nd-lien mortgages followed by non-performing 1st-lien whole loans. Subsequently, Rocktop transitioned into GNMA early buyout loans (EBO) and provided asset management services for over $7B of EBO portfolios. Rocktop has more recently managed Scratch and Dent assets and has established a significant market position in reverse mortgages. Rocktop’s process automation and technology bring scale and flexibility to its unique legal expertise and capital markets perspective creating the ability to navigate multiple asset classes within the fixed income sector.
